After 3 days of hands on training that included scenario creation, simulation exercises, procurement and financial processes, group work and data cleaning, the 1st Quarter of 2022, Review and Planning Meeting of the British Red Cross has ended in Abuja.
The meeting was rigorous and the Coordinator, Disaster Management of the Nigerian Red Cross Society, Benson Agbro took time to explain to volunteers of the FCT, Imo and Lagos branches what was expected of them in emergency situations.
The Assistant Coordinator, Procurement, Badiya Aminu-Mohammed took the teams through scenario simulation exercises that required them to come up with properly arranged, dummy requisition orders in just a few minutes.
Then the Data Focal Point, Zulkifilu Aliyu took the teams through a practical data scrubbing session.
